Barrier Bento
Bentonite Composite
Barrier Bento is a geocomposite designed to act as a barrier, made by sandwiching prehydrated natural sodium bentonite between two geotextile layers. The composite contains 4 or 5 kg/m² (depenting on the version) of bentonite and the textiles used to enclose the bulk material are available in different weights and combinations.
The standard versions have a PP woven textile with a mass of 110 g/m² and a PP nonwoven textile with a mass of 200 g/m². Used in applications like landfills and contaminated sites.
