Elements for reinforced soil retaining walls

For reinforced soil retaining walls in construction and "minor geotechnical" projects, TeMa has a full range of products designed to stabilize and secure soil.

The shaped metal formwork made of electrowelded wire mesh with differentiated mesh and bent according to the design angle determine the right slope and even out the surfaces, ensuring perfect shaping.

TeMa addresses the primary reinforcement function with its T-Grid series: reinforcement geogrids (also providing support), which are woven from strands of synthetic polyester.

TeMa has a range of offerings to tackle erosion control, being one of the greatest challenges:

- T-Mat, the 3-dimensional synthetic geomat with a high void ratio, made from extruded entangled synthetic monofilaments heat bonded at intersections.
- T-Juta, the biodegradable natural fibre matting made from 100% jute fibres.
- T-Mat FG Green, fibreglass mesh netting, in green, for erosion control on the face of the structure.

When it comes to stone walls, the T-Gabion flexible gabions — double-twisted wire mesh cages filled with rock or stone — form a powerful retaining wall, while also allowing for optimal rainwater drainage.
