Interior flooring and exterior paving

The floors are placed in direct contact with users and must meet requirements of safety and well-being, meaning that floors are to be usable in an appropriate manner while offering a pleasant appearance. More specific requirements are added to these general ones, which vary in relation to the floor, technical characteristics and possibilities of use.
As an element of a multilayer, they are subjected to a series of issues related to external factors and their manner of installation. TeMa translates these problems into products that solve them.

UNDER-TILE APPLICATIONS

Fearing major, invasive work that will leave the room in question temporarily uninhabitable, many people opt not to embark on a floor refurbishment project, possibly one involving its acoustic insulation. But with TeMa's dry systems, there is no need for new screed or waiting times while it dries, and they can be applied under tiles without ripping up the underlying floor and/or screed.

UNDER-SCREED APPLICATIONS

With the floating screed construction technique and use of uncoupling systems, you can separate structural elements that would otherwise act as bridges for the transmission of vibrations across all the building's structures.
